Fluffy Crew was founded by Samuel and Maritza, a team with more than 6 years of professional grooming experience. Their goal was simple: make professional grooming accessible and low-stress for pets and their families by bringing the salon directly to the home.
Every appointment is built around the individual pet. The team takes time to understand breed, coat condition, temperament, and any special needs before grooming begins. Whether a pet is energetic and social or shy and senior, the approach adapts to keep them comfortable.
Fluffy Crew serves both dogs and cats, with cat-specific treatments and handling confirmed for each feline guest. The team is honest about what they can confirm and what needs to be discussed before booking — no invented packages, prices, or promises.
